The novel is based on four short stories:
1. Nan Bai Ki Beti: This story was very sad, but it was based on a reality that, when revealed, was chosen to be presented in a manner that uses the metaphor of a holy ritual involving the use of human blood instead of colors. Living life by hiding the truth and relying on lies to find a few moments of happiness is not really living, is it? There is always a feeling that the truth will come out and burn our happiness to ashes.
2. Ek Aur Darya Ka Samna: It is said that in this world, when a person becomes successful in obtaining something he desires, its value decreases in his eyes. (Is this true?) As long as that thing is far from our reach, we become obsessed with it, but when we realize that it is now beyond our reach, we do not resort to madness.
3. Wehshat Ka Istiara: (The metaphor of horror) Horror, fear, restlessness, and madness are all desires and metaphors. It means to yearn for something and to metaphorically ask for it, to demand it superficially. When it comes to wildness, let's understand that too, because one day or the other, a person gets tired of it. But when it comes to showing others down and displaying arrogance and vanity, ages pass by. But when a person's intellect, which has left him, and the time, which has slipped from his hands, make him only mourn over his fate.
4. Baharon Ki Subah Afshan Mein: It is said that man is very wise, but sometimes man makes foolish decisions based on his own intelligence and then regrets it. But when a person of high intellect tries to explain something for the good of others, the person considers it an insult. He is never willing to accept his mistake. Such people always suffer losses in life, but the wise person is the one who, understanding the signals of time, reforms himself.
