Momina (Momi) is a young girl whose mother died when she was a child. She spent some time with her grandmother before returning to her home after her grandmother died. Her father remarries another woman. Her stepmother dislikes her, and she lives in her father's house like a stranger, unable to help her.She receives a good family's proposal, and as a result, she becomes engaged to an engineer. However, her stepmother hatches a plot to have her own daughter wed there and sends her to her uncle's house to spend some time there.
Waleed, whose mother was divorced by his father and whose step mother gets along well with him, falls in love with her when visiting her uncle's house. Her cousin Farri conspires and gets her own sister Sameen betrothed to Waleed despite his proposal to her. She returns to her house once more.
